In Emirates Hills, known as the Beverly Hills of Dubai, rich Indians are surpassing China’s rich in contributing to global wealth. The area is popular among Indian businessmen. They live in mansions, like the 2,400-square-meter villa of Dano Group’s founder. Despite Dano’s strong position in the UAE for three decades, its growing prosperity is heavily influenced by money from India. Rich Indians are an important part of the company’s customers. The UAE is very attractive for Indians because of its easy visa policies, low taxes, and proximity. Experts expect that the UAE will become the top destination for migrating rich Indians.
